SERVICE DESCRIPTION Cantyx is a SaaS performance analytics platform for retail traders, operated by LEHCA, a French EURL (single-member limited liability company) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Annecy Trade Register under number 943 905 927, with registered offices at 47 rue de la République, 74210 Faverges-Seythenex, France. Starter and Elite subscriptions provide access to trade tracking tools, analytical dashboards and performance alerts. Cantyx does not provide financial advice, manage funds, or execute trades on behalf of users. 2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE Access to Cantyx requires account creation. A free 7-day trial is available with no commitment. No credit card is required during the trial period. 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE Cantyx is for personal analytics use only. Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the platform or its data. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Cantyx provides analytical tools only. LEHCA shall not be liable for any trading losses or financial decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. 6. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by French law.
